The sail ski comprises a support platform (1) for the user, fixed to a mast (2), and provided with an anti-slip coating. A pair of skis (3) are fixed to the platform by a rigid flat support plate (4) provided with elastic shock absorbing pins (5) and fixing shoes (6). The skis (3) have an upwards concavity at each end terminating in a tip (7). They have a width wider than that of descent skis and a thicker central part, engaging the fixings, connected to two front and rear end concave parts. The rigid connecting plate has anchoring points at its ends for the elastic shock absorbing pins and the fixing shoes under its side edges. The fixing plate structure is lightened by cavities or holes (9).
