The new invention is a novel development of the transmission of motion between wheels by means of a shaft, two arms to transfer motion between them, and a torque wheel which is like a torque arm so that the revolutions per minute(rpm) remain as they are, but with a great increase in the torque, which will bemultiplied by the ratio of lengths between the circomference of the wheel and the weight to the pivot point ( shaft). The increase in the torque and the rpm will reduce furl requirements thus saving expense and avoiding excess pollution. It will also be possible to use the excess energy for use in various fields by transforming its form.
