The invention provides a stainless steel sheet having colors and stereo effect on its surface. A process for producing the stainless steel comprises the steps of: 1)inco color treatment on the surface; 2)puting a silk screen net(A') on the inco colored surface, followed by masking to divide the masked face(9) and the unmasked face; 3)stripping treatment on the unmasked face; conducting 2) step with a different silk screen(B') masking the stripped face except a part(14) of the stripped face; forming hair line pattern on the unmasked face(14);optionally plating gold on the hair line face(14).
