<p>The child bucket seat (2) which is fixed onto a vehicle seat (4) has two side chassis parts (40) mounted either side it on upper (41) and lower (42) axes. These define two armrest frames which pivot between close together and separated positions. Pivoting of the two chassis side parts is controlled simultaneously by a single knurled nut (52) mounted on the front (5a) of the seat (5). The control acts on a rotating plate connected to two control rods which are themselves connected to the side chassis. The control is rotated by a screw which causes rotation of a toothed wheel fixed to the rotating plate.</p> |
