FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has frame carrying the part securing assembly made as main table with horizontal axis of turn and auxiliary table positioned on it. Auxiliary table is provided with part securing device with axis of turn perpendicular to horizontal axis of turn. Frame carries working member assembly also made as main table with horizontal axis of turn and auxiliary table positioned on it, with axis of turn perpendicular to horizontal axis of turn. Slider with spindle is arranged on auxiliary table. Axes of turn of main and auxiliary tables of part securing assembly are mutually perpendicular, and they cross in machining zone center. Axes of turn of main and auxiliary tables of operating member assembly are mutually perpendicular, and they cross on spindle rotational axis. Axes of turn of main tables of both assemblies are located in one plane. Axis of turn of main table of operating member assembly crosses axis of turn of auxiliary table of operating member assembly on rotational axis of operating member. Axes of turn of main table of part securing assembly and of auxiliary table of part securing assembly cross in machining zone center. EFFECT: enhanced machining process. 4 dwg |
