This invention describes a forming, filling and sealing vertical machine having a feeding system for a wrapping material which forms flexible tube bags, a filling tube, a seam welding longitudinal device, and a cross-seam welding device. Cross-seam welding device comprises a unit which forms inferior cross-seam welding , and a unit which forms superior cross-seam welding in a flexible tube bag. Unit to generate superior seam welding or a pleating device and a lifting device for filled flexible tube bag are movable upwards and downwards, and are lifted to generate superior cross-seam welding, to pleat flexible tube bag, in order to relax wrapping material. Thereby, air space upon filling material surface is maintained as least as possible.
