PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition which is liquid, causes little warpage of a laminate and improves the wear of a drill by mixing a vinyl ester resin with a radical-polymerizable monomer, a crosslinked acrylic resin and talc. SOLUTION: A vinyl ester resin (A) (e.g. reaction product of an epoxy resin with acrylic acid) is mixed with a radical-polymerizable monomer (B) (e.g. styrene and acrylic acid), a crosslinked acrylic resin powder (C) (e.g. methyl methacrylate/acrylonitrile copolymer) and talc (D) to obtain a normally liquid resin composition for laminates. In continuously producing a laminate by continuously delivering a pile of a plurality of continuous bases under heating, these bases are impregnated with the above resin composition. It is desirable that component B is used in an amount of 25-50 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt., in total, components A, B and C. It is desirable that the mean particle diameter of component C is limited to 1μm or below.
