PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a success rate of correction by correcting a curved surface corresponding to an error between a ridge line and the surface. SOLUTION: As a solid data error correcting part, a solid data corrector 9 is provided with a solid data error correction control part 10 connected to a control part 1. Besides, a solid data error measuring part 11, a curved surface crossing line recalculating part 12, an apex recalculating part 13, a ridge line correcting part 14, a curved surface correcting part 15 and a temporary storage box 23 are connected to the solid data error correction control part 10. The solid data error measuring part 11 measures the error inside solid data. The curved surface crossing line recalculating part 12 recalculates the ridge line by recalculating the crossing line of the curved surface as the geometrical information of the surface. The apex recalculating part 13 recalculates an apex by recalculating the intersection of ridge lines. The ridge line correcting part 14 corrects the ridge line corresponding to the apex as a ridge line correcting means. Then, the curved surface correcting part 15 corrects the curved surface in the solid data corresponding to the error between the ridge line and the surface as a curved surface correcting means.
