Compositions containing oxygenated groups with general formula A - Z - B (Io) in which Z = {CH2)i - OxCH2 - C(R)H - Oy} where 1 <= i <= 6; 4 <= x <= 50; and 0 <= y <= 50 are claimed. A is unit selected from HC?=C-CH2-O-, H2C=C=CH-O-, and B'-O-(Z-CH2-C?=C-C?=C-CH2-O) alpha - (Z'-CH2-C?=C-C?=C-CH2-O-) alpha 'n in which 1 <= n <= 50; and Z' = {(CH2)i - Ox'CH2 - C(R)H - Oy'} where x' could = x, y' could = y, 4 <= x' <= 50, 0 <= y' <= 50, 0 <= alpha ' <= 50, and 0 <= alpha <= 50 ( alpha and alpha ' not simultaneously = 0). B, B' = H, 1-30C alkyl, alkylphenyl, HC?=C-CH2, and H2C=C=CH-; and R = H, 1-6C alkyl. Also claimed are method for preparation of composition with formula Io; and use of compositions in preparation of solid electrolyte. |
