Disclosed is an optic pick-up actuator including PCB(44) which is installed on a base plate(42), a magnet(48) which mutually correspond by centering a laser beam passing hole(46) formed on the PCB(44) and the base plate(42), an object lens holder(52) which is on the PCB(44), a focusing adjustment coil(54) which is on the PCB(44) inside of the object lens holder(52), a tracking adjustment coil(56) which is on the PCB(44) outside of the object lens holder(52), and a wire shape suspension(58) which inserted and molded in a suspension supporting piece(60). Thus, The structure of the optic pick-up actuator becomes simple.
