Disclosed is a back gear mechanism of a manual gear for a car. In the mechanism, a back arm(3) connects a back idle gear(1) and a gear rod(2) when the back gearing or neutralizing is performed. A side slot(5a) and a supporting stage(6) formed at a selection lever(5) which moves together with the edge of a back arm(3). Thereby, the back arm(3) and a selection lever(5) are appropriately connected, and also the demobilization of selection lever(5) is improved, and the back gearing is well performed.
