FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: device has mold with two reciprocating vertical walls and two rotating walls inclined in upper part. Device is additionally provided with casing installed in mold coaxially to core made in the form of truncated cone with recesses on outer surface. In this case, outer surface of casing is parallel to mold walls, casing height is equal to that of mold part designed for its filling with liquid metal.
