PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a printing master plate easily developable and to realize a dampening water free from isopropanol (IPA), by incorporating a compd. which produces an amine by irradiation with light into a latent hydrophilic swelling layer and/or into a photosensitive layer formed on the latent hydrophilic swelling layer. SOLUTION: This photosensitive lithographic printing plate has at least the latent hydrophilic swelling layer on a base body, and the latent hydrophilic swelling layer and/or the photosensitive layer formed on the latent hydrophilic swelling layer contain a compd. which produces amines by irradiation with light. When the layer is irradiated with light, various kinds of amines are produced. These amines produce isolated acid or salt such as carboxylic acid to selectively give ink repelling property of the exposed part. As for the compd. which produces amines by irradiation of light, a compd. having an acyloxyimino group such as O-acryloylacetophenone oxime can be used. |
