PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience in radio calling due to a pager by transmitting reception confirm information to a caller, when the side of the pager has been called. SOLUTION: A pager radio base station 211 is a base for performing radio exchanges of information with the pager and has a fixed radio zone enabling radio communication. The respective pager radio base stations 211 are connected through cables to a pager control station 201. The pager control station 201 mediates between an exchange station 301 and the respective pager radio base stations 211, receives required information from the side of a pager 101 and dispatches it to a network, while controlling the respective pagers 101 or transmits required information reversely to the side of pagers 101. Thus, in case of calling from the pager 101, a subscriber 1 can confirm calling and inputted data are converted and can be transmitted to the radio base station 211 as the reception confirm information.
