FIELD: heaters in industry and home appliances, in particular, cars and wear of operators of timber- felling machines working in winter in air. SUBSTANCE: device has flat foil resistive meander-shaped member and protection envelope which covers it on both sides. Protection envelope of heater is made from at least two layers of insulation lacquer and gluing fabric which are applied on front and back surfaces of meander.
