FIELD: rolled stock production, namely shears for shearing rolled stock. SUBSTANCE: shears include upper and lower supports 1, 2 with cutters 7,8 secured to them respectively. Upper support 1 is joined with crankshaft 6 of motion drive mechanism. Shears are provided with rollers 16 engaging with crankshaft 6 by means of clamp. Crankshaft has additional journals 15 being cantilever ones and coaxial relative to its main journals. Said clamp in the form of three-dimensional double-arm lever is jointly connected with upper support 1 and it is spring loaded relative to it. EFFECT: improved design. 2 cl, 1 dwgt
