The inventive substructure is characterized in that, close by each head of a rail (1), on the inner face of the railroad, there is an angular steel profile, that the spacing (A) between the head of the rail (1) and the leg of the angular profile (10) turned down approximately corresponds to the normal width of a flange rail, and that the height (H) of the angular profile (10) leg turned up is such that said leg does not rise above the head of a rail (1).
