The tray is protected by a plate (1) whose front and back edges are rounded, to correspond to the shape of the tray. The front, back and lateral edges (10,11) are raised to prevent the escape of liquid. The plate is fixed to the tray by two feet (3,13) at the back which pass under the tray. A foot (4) at the front has a small opening and clips on to a counting frame. It is fixed laterally by two feet (2,12) outside the tray and wedges inside the tray. Ribs on its lower surface prevent deformation.
