SUBSTANCE: invention relates to 4-pyrimidine- or pyridinyl derivatives of indole-3-yl-alkylpiperazines of the formula (I) <EMI ID=0.261 HE=30 WI=84 TI=CHI> where X means =N- or -CH=; R<SB>1</SB> - hydrogen, halogen, lower alkoxy-group, amino-group, cyano-group, hydroxy, nitro-group, group of the formula: <EMI ID=0.262 HE=12 WI=54 TI=CHI> where R<SB>7</SB> - hydrogen, lower alkyl; R<SB>9</SB> - lower alkyl or group of the formula: -N-<EMI ID=0.263 HE=9 WI=42 TI=CHI>; R<SB>2</SB> - hydrogen, lower alkoxy-group, group of the formula: CO<SB>2</SB>R<SB>9</SB> where R<SB>9</SB> - lower alkyl, halogen; R<SB>3</SB> - hydrogen, lower alkyl; R<SB>4</SB> - lower alkyl; R<SB>5</SB> - hydrogen; R<SB>6</SB> - hydrogen, lower alkyl at condition that part of molecule R<SB>1</SB>-(CH<SB>2</SB>) can be hydrogen, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy-group, -N-R<SB>7</SB>SO<SB>2</SB>R<SB>9</SB> if X means =N-. Compounds of the formula (I) are used as an active component at amount 1-500 HT<SB>1D</SB> in pharmaceutical composition showing antagonistic effect with respect to serotonine 5-<EMI ID=0.264 HE=30 WI=84 TI=CHI> receptors.
