SUBSTANCE: present invention describes monoclinic crystalline alpha-modification of -nitrilo [thriethyl-tris--(tetratert-butyl -- diphenyl --diyl) phosphate], said compound is prepared by crystallization or transcrystallization from mixture of solvents based on any aromatic hydrocarbons and C1-C3- alkanol, or ether, ester or from mixture consisting of halogen substituted aliphatic hydrocarbon and C1-C3- alkanol. Said modification is used as stabilizer in stabilized composition in amount of from 0.01 to 10 wt % and comprises organic matter which is subjected to oxidative, thermal or light initiated destruction.
