PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation-sensitive resin composition that sufficiently satisfies general properties such as sensitivity and can also achieve solvent resistance, a cured film formed from the radiation-sensitive resin composition capable of achieving a low dielectric constant and a high refractive index, and provide an electronic device comprising the cured film.SOLUTION: The problem is solved by a radiation-sensitive resin composition comprising: a polymer component comprising a first structural unit that is at least one of structural units represented by general formula (1) and formula (2) and a second structural unit; and [B] a radiation-sensitive acid generator.SELECTED DRAWING: None
