<p>A circulation unit is provided to enable circulating of air along side walls of a storage unit, which is capable of storing an object being refrigerated, such as polished rice, in a substantially closed condition, and the air is cooled by a Peltier cooling device for circulation. Since the side walls of the storage unit are generally cooled with the cooled air as a medium, a temperature of the storage unit can be decreased in a more uniform condition. Accordingly, a cold storage apparatus can be provided which can reduce a temperature distribution range in the storage unit and is suitable for a cold insulation of polished rice chest, which has a small temperature distribution range in the order of 5 °C.</p> |
