<p>The cutter comprises clamps (30,31) for fixing the tube (29) axis (4). There are internal (15) and external (7) rotating coaxial sheaths passed through by the tube. The internal sheath describes a limited rotation relative to the external sleeve under the action of controls (17-28). A tool carrier (11) is mounted to oscillate on the external sheath around an axis (12) parallel to the tube axis. One or more cutting and/or machining tools (13) are mounted on the end of the tool carriers. A belt and pulleys (8,9,10) continuously rotate the external sheath around its axis. A toothed crown wheel (16) integral with the internal sheath meshes with one or more pinions (14) rotating with the tool carriers.</p> |
