The bicycle front wheel is driven by levers (6,24) located each side of the oscillating handlebars. They are attached by their small arms (5, 26), located on the outside, to a point the fork (4, 28). The large arms (8, 23), located on the inside, amplify the oscillating handlebars movements by directing the force on top of free wheel toothed pinions (13, 20) located either side the front wheel by a set of cables (15) and chains (12,19) on the pinions. The oscillation of the handlebars can be either modulated or stopped by a sliding sop bar (30). The chains are returned to their starting point by the cable connecting the right and left hand chains. A central pulley (16) located above the wheel are held to the handlebar axle (2) by a spring (18).
