FIELD: tourist and serviceman equipment, may be used in construction and other branches of industry. SUBSTANCE: strap has belt made from, for instance, synthetic tape and connecting member for other end of belt. Buckle is formed as carbine positioned on base tape and fixed on belt by semicircular member with belt receiving openings. Stiffening member is extending lengthwise of base tape. According to second version, stiffening member is made from tape more narrow than base tape. According to third version, waist strap is further equipped with adjusting buckles with flags. According to fourth version, connecting member is made in the form of rectangular frame with flat plank mounted for movement on short sides of plank. Each version provides convenient usage.
