FIELD: load transportation facilities. SUBSTANCE: semitrailer-tank, tanker, reservoir 7 with dangerous substances or air vehicle can be used as safety tank. Tank has closed reservoir and filling and discharge devices and holes. Tank can be charged with large amounts of dangerous load, such as liquid fuels, for carrying of place of destination with practically no danger to environment. Inner space 10 is filled with glass felt 12 so that filled-in load cannot flow out and cannot cause any harm to environment. Liquid components, for instance, hydrocarbons, are adsorbed and held by tight hydrophobic lattice structure 15, and no oxygen can pass to these substances. So explosion and flow out of material are precluded. Such tank in tankers and air vehicles plays the part of life-buoy as water cannot penetrate inside space 10 of tank. Kerosene or gasoline, or fuel oil left in tank increase floatability of tank. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 16 c, 20 dwge
