FIELD: car road building. SUBSTANCE: asphalt concrete mixture containing basic rock as mineral material (lime crushed stone, fraction 5-20 mm), sand (fraction 5 mm), mineral powder and bitumen as a binding agent has additionally plasticizing and structurizing component - oily solution of modified synthetic high-molecular polybutadiene rubber (SVB-M) and chemical water treatment slime from heat and electric plant (based on decrease of mineral powder content) at the following ratio of components, wt.-%: petroleum viscous bitumen 5-6.5; oily solution of modified synthetic high-molecular polybutadiene rubber (SVB-M) 0.15-0.30; chemical water treatment slime from heat and electric plant 2-4; lime crushed stone (fraction 5-20 mm), mineral powder 1-3, and sand (fraction up to 5 mm) - the rest.
