PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conference material distribution system which facilitates acquisition of conference materials.SOLUTION: A conference material distribution system includes: a conference material management device which secures a storage region for storing a conference material of a conference and stores the conference material, every time it receives registration request of conference schedule information including a conference name and a conference schedule of a conference from a conference organizer; and a schedule management server which displays a list screen of the conference schedule information related to the registration request on a terminal device of a conference participant, and which receives notice of the conference schedule information selected from the list screen by the participant from the terminal device. The conference material management device, every time it receives the registration request, transmits the conference schedule information related to the registration request and storage destination information showing the storage destination of the conference material related to the conference schedule information to the schedule management server. The schedule management server stores the transmitted conference schedule information and the storage destination information by associating them, and every time it receives notice from the terminal device, it notifies the storage destination information associated with the notified conference schedule information to the terminal device. |
