FIELD: water treatment. SUBSTANCE: invention, in particular, relates to flotation method and may be used to remove surfactants from natural and waste waters. Objective of invention is to improve installation by elaborating new design of lower part of casing of installation and providing it with connecting pipeline giving rise to reducing residual concentration of surfactants and increasing quality of treated water. For these purposes, casing is additionally equipped (i) with cylindrically- shaped mixer conjugated with convergent tube and being disposed coaxially with the latter and with upper cylindrical part of casing and (ii) with pipeline connecting foam collector and mixer.
