DIE SET FOR TRIMMING ALLOWANCE ALONG CLOSED CONTOUR

FIELD: technological rigging for cold sheet forming, namely die sets with devices for removing waste material from working zone. SUBSTANCE: die set for trimming allowance along closed contour includes two trimming sections one of which is arranged in lower part of die set and another - in its upper part. Die set includes cutters for cutting crops mounted on lateral surfaces of die set. Mechanism for removing waste material is in the form of lever and tie rod with lifter, both mounted on shaft. Mechanism for removing scrap includes spring-loaded pusher acting upon lever and secured to upper part of die set. Invention allows to remove waste material from working zone during working stroke.
