PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a herbicide composition high in herbicidal effects, wide in herbicidal spectrum, safe to crops, especially effective for weeds in a maize upland field, by including specific two kinds of compounds as active ingredients. SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) a 2-chloro-4-fluoro-5-(4-methyl-5- trifluoromethyl-3-pyridazinon-2-yl)phenoxy acetic ester derivative and (B) one selected from nicosulfuron, primisulfuron-methyl, rimusulfuron, halosulfuron- methyl, thifensulfuron and prosulfuron as active ingredients. The blending ratio of the components A and B is preferably 1:(0.2-20). The composition is mixed with a solid carrier, a liquid carrier, etc., optionally a surfactant and other auxiliaries for formulation and formulated into an emulsion, wettable powder, etc., and used. The total content of the components A and B is preferably 0.5-90 wt.%. |
