PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag rupturing device which is capable of surely rupturing refuse bags without exerting an unreasonable load on these refuse bags and is capable of rupturing a bag, if any, in which small bags containing refuse are contained. SOLUTION: This bag rupturing device passes the refuse bag 31 between first and second guiding members 11, 12 facing each other and ruptures the refuse bag 31 by first and second cutting blades 15, 17 moving in the transporting direction of the refuse bag 31 in the state of projecting from the spacings respectively formed at the first and second guiding members 11, 12. A powerful magnet 16 which flattens the refuse bag 31 by sucking the magnetic materials in the refuse bag 31 is arranged on the inner side of the first guiding member 11. |
