PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe clip to further improve vibration control performance, and reliably prevent the occurrence of deterioration during use and unevenness in vibration control performance due to unevenness in precision during assembly. SOLUTION: A first vibration control holding part 7 is softer than a base bed member 2 made of resin and having a pipe holding groove 8 in which a plurality of pipes are inserted and continuously formed throughout a portion ranging from the inner side of the base bed member to a mounting part 2a attached to an outside member to be mounted, and provided with a second vibration control part 12 located between the member to be mounted and the base member. The second vibration control part is wound along the outer peripheral surface of the base member and continuously formed integrally with the first vibration control holding part in a state to surround the base member to constitute a pipe clip 1.
