摘要

Process for controlling pickling baths for copper(alloys)comprises feeding the pickling solutions to the copper sensor via the dosing and control device (a) directly without pretreatment, (b) after passing through a reaction column filled with copper particles and (c) after passing through a reactor having copper surfaces. The signals obtained in an electronic unit are converted into copper concentration, pickling agent concentration and pickling speed. The apparatus used for the above process is also claimed.
