Demolition triggering device

The demolition ignition or triggering device has at least one electric detonator (10). This is activated via a two wire conductor (11,12). The device also has a detonation loop deactivator (13) containing a humidity sensor (20). The deactivator (13) prevents activation of the detonator (10) when addressed. The deactivator (13) is connected between the two wires (11,12) of the conductor. The deactivator (13) has a series circuit (29) including the humidity sensor (20). It also has an electronic switch (31) controlled by the voltage across the humidity sensor (20). In its conductive state, the switch effectively short circuits the conductor wires (11,12).
