The sitter's pelvis can be tilted on the seat-cushion's (1) longitudinal and or transverse axis. The right and left hand sides or the front and back parts of the seat cushion each contain an adjustment (6) arranged in pairs and providing a contrary movement between a low and high position (U,O). The adjustments are positioned outside the cushion's support structure (2). The adjustments are in the form of pockets, concertina-shapes, and driven by fluid or gas.
