PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a reproducing speed by designating the number of words per a unit time while keeping the change of a musical interval due to up/down of the reproducing speed to a fixed standard value by obtaining a reproducing speed ratio from the number of words per a unit time and the number of words at a standard reproducing speed time and outputting the voice data and the standard speed data read out from respective storage parts and the reproducing speed ratio. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a speech data storage part 10 digitally storing speech data and a standard speed data storage part 11 storing the standard speed data expressing the reproducing speed of the speech data by the number of words corresponding to the speech data and a standard reproducing time. A reproducing speed input means 12 imparts the revision information of the reproducing speed by the number of words per the unit time. A reproducing speed ratio calculation means 13 obtains a reproducing speed ratio from the number of words per the unit time imparted by the reproducing speed input means 12 and the number of words at the standard speed time. A control means 14 outputs the speech data and the standard speed data read out from the respective storage parts 10, 11 and the reproducing speed ratio to a musical interval adjustment means 15. |
