The invention concerns a wind power plant comprising a support (1) capable of rotating about a vertical axis (X-X), at least two blades (5) borne by the support and having each a streamlined section, resting on a curvilinear axis (AC) defined by the intersection of a hemisphere and a half-cylinder, each blade having a top end (8) and a lower end (9) respectively connected to the support (1) by first linking means (13, 16) with articulation and by second linking means (14, 19) with articulation, providing an angular lead to the blade depending on the rotation speed of the wind power plant about its axis (Z-Z).
