The inner pipe (2) has at least one radially outward pointing flange (3) engaging with a detent (18). The detent fits into a slot (16) in the outer pipe (10) by means of its two sprung arms (20). The outer pipe has a socket (11) leading into a radially outward pointing collar (12) itself leading into an axial pipe section (13) forming an outward sloping collar (14) leading into a further axial pipe section (15).
