PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable election and setting of various reception refusal modes by dividing a storage area into a 1st area for storing the number of a party to transmit and a 2nd area or storing the number of a party to refuse reception. SOLUTION: In the 1st area of a RAM 5, an abbreviated/one-action table T1 is provided and the number of a party to transmit among the numbers of communicating parties is stored. In the 2nd area, a reception refusal table T2 is provided and the number of a party to refuse reception is stored. When a 1st mode is set as the reception refusal mode by operating a mode setting key 7a at a manipulation part 7, the reception from any number excepting for the number stored in the abbreviated/one-action table T1 is refused. When a 2nd mode is set, on the other hand, the reception from the number stored in the reception refusal table T2 is refused. Besides, when a mode is set, only the reception from any number excepting for the number stored in the reception refusal table T2 among the numbers stored in the abbreviated/one-action table T1 is performed.
