The invention concerns a toolbox comprising a tool-holder tray (P) removably supported in the upper part of a hollow box (B), the tray comprising in its upper surface (5), for each type of tools, a series of individual compartments (9, 10, 11) adapted to receive each a tool of different size in a range of tools of many different sizes, and means are provided for maintaining each tool in its individual compartment on the tray.
