Vehicle seat with modular upholstery

The vehicle seat has modular upholstery, with upper upholstery (2') supported by lower upholstery (3'). These are made separately. They can be connected to and released from each other and/or the seat frame (5') or seat bowl. The lower upholstery has a geometrically simple basic form. The upper upholstery has side supports (8, 8') and a central part (7), forming the contour on the side of the seat facing the seat user.
