Building evaporation pipe system

The evaporation pipe system for a roof, has a passage tile (3) with an opening (4) for a tubular hose (7), and a cap tile (11) over the passage tile. The passage tile has a beading (5) projecting upwards, round the passage opening to fit with a collar (8) at the cap tile. The hose is secured between the cap tile and the beading on the passage tile.
