PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an easy-to-use image blurring correcting device by shortening a standby time for starting an appropriate image blurring correction. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a shake detecting means 71 for detecting the shake, a signal processing circuit 51 for processing the output signal of the means 71 and outputting a signal to be used for the image blurring correction, time constant changing means 11k and 11n for changing the time constant of the signal processing circuit 51 from the small one to the large one in accordance with the start-up operation of the means 71, or the resetting operation of the circuit 51 and a varying means 11q for varying the changed amount of time constant from the small one to the large one by the means 11k and 11n in accordance with the state of the optical device (the output states of 52d and 52f). |
