PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice synthesizing device capable of miniaturizing a package and reducing weight by storing the voice information of multiple phrases, and reading and outputting the voice information of the corresponding phrase based on the phrase number information given from the outside. SOLUTION: This voice synthesizing device 11 reads and outputs the voice data of the specified phrase from a voice information memory 13 based on the phrase number obtained based on the phrase specifying signal S10 and data input signal S11 outputted from a personal computer 12. This output is analog-converted by a D/A conversion section 21, and the obtained voice signal S18 is outputted to the outside as the output signal S20 via a low-pass filter circuit section 22 and an outer terminal 23 in sequence. When the voice synthesizing device 11 is formed into one chip, the number of pins of the input terminals of the voice synthesizing device 11 can be reduced, and a package can be miniaturized and made lightweight. |
