SOLUTION: Installation environment observing devices 1A, 1B, 1C,... continuously observe the temperature, humidity, wind, etc., of an installation place of a cultural property, a building, etc. An electronic mail which makes observation data that are undergone statistical analysis processing in a constant interval a text is sent to an installation environment monitoring device 2 through a communication network 3. A side environment observing device 4 that has a similar observation function can be connected to the device 1A. An information terminal 5 can show the observation data by a general web browser by performing shaping processing of the observation data received by the device 2 by using an HTML(hypertext markup language). A maintenance station 6 also can show observation data of the operation state of a measuring instrument of an observation device which is included in the text of the electronic mail sent to the device 2.
