PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor machine for air conditioner which can be installed to a wall surface in a highly reliable state by reducing the weight of its main body by reducing the size of a bottom plate for placing compressor made of a sheet metal. SOLUTION: The main body of an outdoor machine for air conditioner which is reduced in weight by reducing the size of a bottom plate 2 for placing a compressor 6 made of sheet metal is constituted of a horizontal section disposed perpendicularly to both side of two frames 11 arranged in parallel to each other in the forward-backward direction so as to fix the flames 11 and a vertical section which is continuously formed from the horizontal section by bending the horizontal section. The main body of the outdoor machine is fixed to the external wall of a building by attaching the vertical section to the external wall with fixtures 14 each composed of a pair of L-shaped bodies 14a coupled with each other by means of coupling pieces 14b. |
