Package for granular products e.g. coffee

The package is formed as a flask (1) with a neck (2) closed by a lid (3) and a stopper (5). It is shaped as a truncated cylinder and designed to be used with its opening arranged downwards, and is shaped as a cone in order to allow all of the product to be removed. An adaptor (8) is used as an outlet for the flask when used in the specific equipment. The neck of the flask has a first ring (6) which supports the lid to provide sealed closure of the flask. A second connecting ring (7) is provided to accept the adaptor which clicks into place inside it.
