FIELD: mining industry, beneficiation and sorting of manganese ore. SUBSTANCE: process of beneficiation of manganese ore includes crushing of ore, separation of it into fractions according to size, magnetic separation of fine fraction, X-ray/radiometric separation of coarse fraction. Ore with manganese content less than 2% goes to dump and ore carrying more than 2% of manganese is subjected to X-ray/luminescent separation.
