FIELD: oil industry; storage of oil, oil products and other liquids. SUBSTANCE: reservoir has housing with bottom and floating roof with intake branch pipe connected with draining system arranged inside reservoir. Draining system consists of flexible section coupled with intake branch pipe and rigid section secured on bottom. Rigid section is made in form of pipe brought out of cylindrical housing. Flexible section is formed by two opposite hoses connected at one side with intake branch flow divider, and at other side, with rigid section pipe header. Each hose is coiled along screw line in opposite directions relative to each other, axes of connecting flanges being arranged in planes parallel to floating roof plane. U-shaped support members can be installed on housing bottom under each hose. Support members are arranged along line of untwisting of hoses in extreme lower position of floating roof. Height of supports in length of hoses decreases from intake branch pipe to header, and width is from five to then outer diameters of hoses. U-shaped limiting members can be installed at lower side of floating roof opposite to each connecting flange of intake branch pipe flow divider. Hoses are placed inside U-shaped members with clearance. Distance from connecting flanges to limiting members is not less than three outer diameters. For each hose one of connecting flanges can be turned relative to other flange through angle equal to half of hose twisting angle at extreme positions of floating roof to side opposite to hose twisting direction at displacement of floating roof.
